“Octogenarian Jerry Price shares his experiences of searching for and snagging a second wife and the strategies the couple followed to enjoy a long and happy marriage of over four decades.” Jerry Price wanted to honor his wife Bev and celebrate their successful marriage, so he wrote this memoir to share strategies that worked for them, in hopes that others might find their solutions helpful. On this project, Jerry wrote out each chapter by hand; I typed each up; we met to discuss possible improvements; then I edited; and we repeated the editing process. We reviewed and discussed each chapter at length to ensure it accurately reflected Jerry and Bev’s experiences. I made suggestions along the way, but ultimately Jerry had the final call in this project. Jerry has been enjoying sharing his book with family, friends, and people in the community.
